Liquid Divinity

Engulfed by an unending inferno, swamped in a cornerless maze,
but as she grazes my singed membranes, the inferno is swamped over by an eye-blinding rainbow and has sent me into a fortuitous daze.
The way she trickles down my scalded scales after an evaporating ordeal,
even her hard-cold friends seem to be better than ideal.
Be it quenching my thirsts or making the living feathery rainbows prance,
none comes close to her in apparating everyone into a euphoric trance.
Calming the fiery red giant while entertaining the needs of the gentle green mother,
she arrives with a distinct flair and disappears without a trail.
Tastes like a cheesecake and smells like a musky soporific hug from a loved one,
reviving the morbid souls she touches and rejuvenating the entire hellish universe.
There never has been and there never will be one so divine whose screams and outbursts end up energizing the whole world.
