The Mountain Room

Poems of altitude, water, and the sacred in the natural world

[Intro prose to be written by the poet. This is a placeholder — edit this section in your own words.]

Mountains do not ask permission to exist. Water does not need to justify itself. These poems try to learn something from that.

This collection began as a single afternoon watching rain arrive after a long dry spell. It felt like relief on a scale larger than personal. As though the world itself had been waiting.
